The right entry point depends on the decision you need to make.

You are leading a company through growth, financing, a sale or an integration. The entry point follows your decision situation. Analysis, bounded implementation and support remain separate decisions.

Discuss the value lever

Thirty minutes to review the decision, available data, ownership and the smallest useful first step.

Three stages, three separate decisions

You decide on each stage separately. There is no open-ended transformation before the baseline, agreed work and commercial terms are clear.

Terms in detail

Part of the implementation-stage fee is tied to the outcome. Before the contract is signed, we agree in writing on a leading indicator with baseline, measurement method and measurement date, and on a fixed repayment amount. If the leading indicator is not reached by that date, you receive this amount back. This requires that agreed data, conversations and decisions were available on time. If agreed deliverables are missing at handover, we add them within ten working days at no extra fee. We do not promise any specific revenue, market or valuation development.

When Convios fits

  • A business metric or concrete decision needs improvement
  • Reliable data can be accessed
  • An accountable owner can make decisions
  • A team should take over the lever in operation

When we advise against starting

  • You only need a strategy slide or general AI inspiration
  • Nobody can access the relevant number
  • The team has no implementation capacity
  • A guaranteed market or revenue outcome is expected

Questions before you start

What exactly is included in the fixed price?

Included are the agreed work steps, the stated deliverables and the handover to your team. Not included are licences, infrastructure and the working time of your own staff. The scope is fixed in writing before the start, with baseline, leading indicator, target metric and the criterion against which acceptance is measured. Scope changes are possible but are treated as a separate decision with a separate price.

What exactly do you guarantee?

Part of the implementation-stage fee is tied to the outcome. Before the contract is signed, we agree in writing on a leading indicator with baseline, measurement method and measurement date, and on a fixed repayment amount. If the leading indicator is not reached by that date, you receive this amount back. This requires that agreed data, conversations and decisions were available on time. If agreed deliverables are missing at handover, we add them within ten working days at no extra fee. We do not promise any specific revenue, market or valuation development.

Do our data need to be complete?

No. They need to be sufficient to reveal the baseline and the gaps. In practice that takes considerably less than most people expect: one solid number per stage is often enough to locate the constraint. If the data are insufficient for a reliable recommendation, that is itself a result and gets documented as one, rather than starting delivery on a thin basis.

Do we have to buy implementation after the audit?

No. Every stage is commissioned and accepted separately. The audit result is yours and usable without a follow-on engagement: you can continue internally, hand the scope to another provider or postpone the decision. That is precisely why the analysis is priced as its own product rather than as a free run-up to a larger project.

Do you only work with software companies?

The scaling offer with its four levers is aimed at B2B software and portfolio companies, because funnel, price metric, retention and delivery cost are the decisive measures there. The assessments for AI readiness, regulation and software delivery explicitly also serve established companies outside the software industry. If you are unsure which path fits, we settle that in the first call.

Who works on the engagement and who decides?

Convios leads the engagement and stays accountable for the agreed result. Further specialists are only used after prior agreement with you. Decisions stay with you: prioritization, approvals and trade-offs remain with your leadership. Our job is to make the basis for those decisions solid and to run delivery so that it keeps working after handover.

Which first step fits the decision you need to make?

We review the starting point, data, possible scope and requirements. You receive a clear recommendation for or against the next step.
