The workshop prepares a concrete investment or prioritization decision. It is not a general AI presentation and does not promise an unmeasured productivity effect.

All prices are net of VAT. Preparation, delivery, results documentation and the results meeting are included in the stated base scope. Travel and accommodation costs are disclosed before commissioning. If agreed items are missing at handover, Convios completes them within ten working days at no extra fee, provided your data, interviews and decisions were available on time.

Questions before you start

Does everyone need to be an AI expert?

No, and it would even get in the way. What is required is decision authority, knowledge of the affected processes and openness about data, risks and dependencies. The workshop works on your real initiatives, not on examples from a deck. People who know the process spot faster where automation actually holds and where it only shifts work around.

Who should take part and how many people make sense?

The right room is the one that can actually decide: leadership, the owners of the affected areas and someone with system knowledge. In practice a group of four to eight works best, because every voice still carries weight and the discussion does not turn into presentations. Without the decision level in the room, the day ends with a recommendation instead of a decision.

Does the workshop count as Article 4 evidence under the EU AI Act?

It can contribute as a documented competence measure. You receive participation and training documentation that you can add to your own records. It is explicitly not a certification and does not replace the risk-based assessment of your systems. Which further measures are needed depends on roles, systems and context of use and is clarified in the compliance check.

What concretely exists at the end of the day?

A prioritized list of your AI initiatives by business value, risk, data situation and ownership, plus a decision on exactly one next step with a named owner. Everything is written down, including the initiatives deliberately not pursued and the reasons. That documentation is the actual value: it ends the repetition of the same discussion in the next meeting.

Is technical implementation included?

No. The workshop ends with a decision paper and a bounded next scope. Implementation is commissioned separately, either with your own team, your existing providers or with Convios. The separation is deliberate, so the decision in the workshop does not depend on who delivers it afterwards.

How does the workshop differ from an AI readiness assessment?

The workshop is a facilitated day with your leadership team and ends with a decision everyone carries. The readiness assessment is an analysis with inventory, data review and a written evaluation that can be produced without you in the room. If positions in your leadership diverge, the workshop helps more. If nobody knows the inventory, the assessment helps more.

Which AI decision should be made by the end of the day?

We review the initiatives, participants, available information and decision question before recommending the workshop.
