## Problem

Your content visibly resonates, profile visits, engagement, downloads but that demand does not translate into pipeline. Meanwhile, your outbound runs cold on purchased lists with reply rates near zero. Both systems exist side by side instead of interlocking.

## Approach

1. Publish content consistently for the 95 percent out-of-market: theses, analysis, recognizable substance.
2. Capture every content interaction as a signal: profile visits, engagement, downloads, returning visitors.
3. Receive the active 5 percent inbound cleanly and qualify them fast.
4. Start warm outbound only from signals: whoever interacted gets contacted with reference to the specific context, offering a relevant resource, not a pitch.
5. Close the loop: outreach results feed back into content topics and signal definitions.

## Example

A typical case: at a B2B SaaS, the founder's expert posts regularly generate profile visits from target personas, none of whom are ever contacted, while the SDR team grinds through cold lists in parallel. The team wires the two together: when a target persona engages with a post, a personal message follows referencing exactly that topic, with a relevant follow-on resource. Reply rates come in well above cold outbound because the outreach connects to an engagement already underway.

## Limits

The template presupposes working demand creation, without content that generates signals, there is nothing to wire. Signal capture touches data protection and platform rules; any implementation must respect both. The approach is the operational wiring of the Walker and 95:5 logic, not an independently validated base method.

## Metric

Compare reply and meeting rates of signal-triggered outbound against cold outbound and track what share of pipeline originates from content signals.
